4. Where Generative AI is used
Generative AI is already used in many fields. Here are the main ones. Think about which ones matter for your branch.
Education
- Explaining a hard topic in simple words, in English or Telugu.
- Making practice questions before an exam.
- Summarising a long chapter into one page.
- Acting as a patient tutor at 2 am.
Writing and office work
- Writing emails, letters, notices and reports.

- Summarise — to say the main points in fewer words.
- Documentation — written notes that explain how a program or product works.
- Chatbot — a program you can talk to by typing or speaking.
- Voice-over — a recorded voice that speaks over a video or slides.
- Scheme — a plan or program, often from the government.
