With the advent of Gen-AI, the way software is built has completely changed. But some things still remain timeless — strong fundamentals, problem-solving ability, fluid expression, algorithmic thinking, deep understanding of systems and networks, and debugging with clarity.
The AI-Native Job Ready Program is our core training track, built to prepare students for the modern AI-driven software industry. Students train in-house, working through disciplined practice, real projects, and mentorship — becoming AI-Native Engineers who can build for the modern AI era while staying grounded in core engineering principles.
Placement is part of the program, not an afterthought — we work with students through interviews and hiring, and track outcomes closely. In our first batch, 19 out of 26 students got placed.
