Most AI education stops at using the tools — prompting a model, wiring an API, shipping a feature. Research & Development is where we push past that: taking students and engineers who've learned to use AI and pointing them at open problems, where the work is figuring out something that isn't already documented.
That means structured time for experimentation, reading and reproducing papers, testing new techniques against real data, and writing up what's learned — so the output isn't just a working demo, but knowledge someone else can build on.
R&D at AI Karyashala doesn't stay theoretical — much of it turns into real software and AI projects, built the same way our students train: hands-on, in the open.
